I Panini di Ambra's Catering Menu

Please note: Our Catering Service delivery charge will apply depending on its location, consistency of the order and delivery time.

Panini $6.50 per person (20 people minimum)

6 inch long panini are cut into two or three to offer more options per person.  Our bread is homemade and most of the ingredients are imported and/or organic.  An additional menu tailored to fulfill special diets or religious restrictions is available upon request.

  • Caprese - Fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, basil, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil
  • Roast-Beef - Roast beef, provolone cheese, tomatoes, grana, and extra virgin olive oil
  • Parma Ham - Italian parma ham, fresh mozzarella cheese, tomatoes, rocola, and extra virgin olive oil
  • Turkey - Deli turkey, provolone cheese, tomatoes, and home-made pesto sauce
  • Salame - Italian high quality salame, provolone cheese, rucola, and tomatoes
  • Vegan - available upon request 

Soups and Salads

  • Minestrone Soup $2.75 per 12 ounce cup (30 people minimum) - Fresh seasonal vegetable soup (no stock/meat – fully vegan)
  • Organic Mixed Greens $1.50 per person (20 people minimum) - Organic baby mix greens, cherry tomatoes, and avocado.  Dressed with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic.
Side Orders (20 people minimum)
  • Fruit Salad $3.00 per person - Cut seasonal fruits: strawberries, blueberries, bananas, grapes, watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple, apples, and pears.
  • Pasta Salad $2.50 per person - Cold pasta primavera, garlic, cherry tomatoes, fresh basil, and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Caprese Salad $3.50 per person - Fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced tomatoes, fresh basil, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Grilled Mixed Vegetables $3.50 per person - Grilled vegetables, garlic, and dressed with extra virgin olive oil.
  • Grilled Tofu $6.00 per person (10 people minimum) - Grilled tofu dressed with rosemary and extra virgin olive oil.

Main Dishes

  • Hot pasta with pesto or tomato sauce $3.50 side $8.00 full (20 people minimum)
  • Hot Vegetarian Lasagna $4.50 side $ 8.50 full (30 people minimum)
  • Hot Bolognese (meat sauce) Lasagna $4.50 side $8.50 full (30 people minimum)
  • Grilled Chicken $7.00 ½ breast  $3.50 ¼ breast - Grilled chicken breast dressed with rosemary and extra virgin olive oil.
  • Baked Lemon Salmon $7.00 about 6 ounces of servings (10 people minimum) - Wild caught, baked in fresh lemon juice, garlic, and extra virgin olive oil.

Desserts

  • Nutella Pie $20.00 - Flat sweet bread filled with Nutella and grilled in the panini press (no charge with orders of over 30 people and available only if panini are grilled on location)
  • Mini éclair $0.75 each (10 people minimum) - Fresh cream puffs filled with whipped cream topped with dark chocolate
  • Italian Cookies $0.50 each (10 people minimum) - Assortment of Italian classic cookies
  • Organic Tiramisu $3.00 per person (16 people minimum)

Espresso Bar $2.00 per person with catering meal (2 hours serving unlimited $450)
